Welcome to Kwilena, meaning "dolphin," inspired by the Aboriginal word. Ideally located near Exmouth Gulf's sheltered waters, this holiday home is a short walk to town beach, where you might catch a glimpse of dolphins in their natural habitat.
Kwilena is a newly completed home (2024), featuring easy-care landscaped gardens and a fully fenced backyard, perfect for families. Inside, the house offers 4 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 adults, and 2 bathrooms for privacy and convenience. The main bedroom includes a king-sized bed and ensuite, while additional bedrooms provide a queen bed, two single beds, and a single bed with a trundle.
The spacious, open-plan living area is designed for relaxation and entertaining, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy lounges, and dining areas inside and out. The patio includes a BBQ and outdoor seating, while a side gate offers extra parking for boats or toys.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
