Description
This timber pole home sleeps up to six people, with a large open living area and kitchen. The veranda has a large table and chairs, daybed and BBQ. With a wood fire stove, plenty of books to choose from and a short drive to town, ocean beach or any of the local restaurants or vineyards it serves as the perfect base for all comers. Featuring three bedrooms, the main entrance and bathroom are wheelchair friendly. The master bedroom (queen bed) includes an ensuite (bath and shower), a walk in wardrobe and small veranda. The second bedroom has queen bed while the final bedroom has twin single beds.
To make your stay easier the kitchen is fully stocked with herbs and spices and a selection of dry goods. It also includes a microwave, gas stove and oven and espresso pod machine. The living area has a wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player as well as Bluetooth loudspeaker. Free Wifi and access to your streaming service are there for when you can't be bothered going out!
Highchair available, no cot.
Laundry facilities include washing machine and dryer. The instantaneous gas hot water system means you won't need to worry about having the last shower!

The main living area and veranda encourage you to relax, no matter what the season. The day bed on the veranda is perfect for catching up with your reading or just watching the magpies, galahs and other birdlife. The BBQ and outdoor make entertaining in summer a breeze. The large open plan living area includes kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The bookshelf is well stocked with books for all ages, games, DVDs and puzzles to while away the hours.
The 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds and 1 with twin single beds) provide plenty of space and include ample hanging space and drawers. The main bathroom is wheelchair friendly, and includes shower and toilet, with the master ensuite including a bath/shower.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
CANCELLATION POLICY:
MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: Full refund LESS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: One nights tariff PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.
BOND POLICY:
A pre-authorised bond of $200 (held for 7 days) is applicable to all bookings and an increased bond of $250 (held for 7 days) is applicable to all bookings where guests are bringing a pet with them. If your stay exceeds 7 days the BOND will be renewed on day 7. The bond will be released on expiry provided the property is left damage free and in a respectable state. NOTE: A Surcharge of $40 PER PET applies to bookings including pets.
