There is an outside bar area that makes this space the perfect place for the boys to rehash their fishing adventures while on holidays. The pool area is fully fenced with established palms and a shady day bed under the gazebo.

The house is spacious, with an open plan living area and large functional kitchen. The kids Rompus room comes off the living area giving the kids their own space too.

The large main bedroom has its own walk-in robe and ensuite. The design of this house would be perfect for 2 families holidaying together, with the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms up the other end of the house with the family bathroom, separate toilet and laundry.

There is even an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach to wash off all the sand before jumping in the pool.

We think Kingfisher is the holiday home with everything!
