A friendly, local team will welcome you to the beautiful East Kimberley.
Brand New Deluxe Waterfront Cabins feature the only absolute and uninterrupted water views in Kununurra. Floor to ceiling windows, private decks including daybed and barbecue overlooking Lily Creek.
Tropical Poolside Cabins are all self-contained with en suites and include family bunk bed options.
The on-site modern Coffee Shop 'Spilled the Beans' knocks up a robust barista coffee, coffee so good that you line up with the locals.
WiFi is available throughout the park including all cabin accommodation and most caravan and camping sites. The tropical saltwater swimming pool is set amongst green grass and coconut trees.

Terms & conditions if your plans change
Acceptance of an accommodation booking is acknowledgement and agreement to these terms and conditions.
The tariff is based on the number and type of guests for the specified time and duration. Any changes there to may change the tariff.
Cancellation Policies: Cabins
Cabin Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date - Full refund
Cancellations between 7 to 14 days - 50% Refund
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival- No Refund
Caravan and Camping site Cancellations:
7 days or more- Full Refund
Less than 7 days- 50 % Refund
Within 48 hours- No Refund
. Bookings can be moved, however, prices may change depending on the new booking period and amendment fees may apply.
The same cancellation requirements as indicated above apply to Group bookings (two or more on-site accommodations), however, 30 days notice must be given in this case.
No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations once arrived.
Only one promotional/membership offer can be redeemed on any booking. Promotional codes, vouchers or membership discounts must be redeemed at the time of online booking.
Discounts will not be applied or refunded after a booking has been confirmed.
Guests may be liable for additional cleaning fees where accommodation has been left in an unreasonable untidy/dirty condition, including dirty dishes.
Guests are liable for any breakages, at the replacement cost price.
In the respect for the comfort of others staying at Kimberleyland Holiday Park, we only allow one vehicle per booking site.
We reserve the right to refuse entry into Kimberleyland Holiday Park. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances.
Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
