Our deluxe studio ground floor room (no steps) is spacious and comfortable with all amenities you will need for your stay with us, air-conditioning, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, Continental Breakfast, toiletries and a complimentary drink on arrival.
There is a small seating area inside and a beautiful alfresco area to enjoy the beautiful views of the park is provided outside.
Comfy queen bed with quality linen and towels. Our accommodation will suit a couples, business persons or solo travelers. Property is fitted externally with security cameras.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Between 5 to 3 days to occupancy date a $50 cancellation fee applies. Within 48 hours of occupancy date (3 days) a 50% of first night cost - min. $70. Day of occupancy (same day) cancellation fee is a nil refund.
Stay 1 to 3 days - non-service room
Stay 4+ days - serviced every 4th day
NO check-in on Christmas day New Years Eve or Good Friday.
As this is a residential property all noise levels must be kept down at all times. All amenities should be used with respect so everyone can enjoy them.

Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, shopping, performing arts center, movies, home to the dolphins, canals and waterways, local tours, surrounded by estuary, beaches, walk paths and parks or just follow the old coast road to the beautiful down south.
