Description
TThe first level contains two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, six seater dining table, large lounge suite and a wood fire for the colder months and evenings. Outside is a sunny sheltered courtyard with a large BBQ for guest use. The courtyard is secured by a fence and outside pets are welcome by arrangement.
The second level contains the master bedroom with ensuite and separate toilet. The upstairs kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle toaster and bar fridge affords privacy from the rest of the house for that early morning coffee or evening drink. There is also a dining table suitable for four. The 3 seater sofa bed is a great place to kick back and enjoy the view, as is the balcony with bar style seating for 6. From the upstairs bedroom, living area and balcony, guests can check the surf and enjoy uninterrupted views of perfect sunsets over the Margaret River coast.
Thoughtful design combined with good furnishings ensure that guests enjoy a comfortable beachside holiday. Linen and towels are provided. Outside pets are welcome by arrangement, and the outdoor area is fully fenced.
Kilifi Beach House is a short walk from pristine beaches, a fantastic local bar/restaurant, and a beachfront cafe with a stellar view. It is within 10 minutes drive to Margaret River and is conveniently located close to the region's wineries, restaurants, breweries, caves, forests and other attractions. Kilifi Beach House is ideal for couples, or two families/groups to stay comfortably.
The Gnarabup/Prevelly area has excellent cycle and footpath access and visitors can easily fill their itinerary with activities such as surfing, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding and cycling without driving. Gnarabup reserve is a beautiful area across the road from Kilifi with space to kick the footy and a playground for the little and big kids. "The Common" Bar and Restaurant are just the other side of the reserve and "The White Elephant" Cafe is located at Gnarabup beach, a short walk from Kilifi. Both these venues serve delicious food and The Common has a great selection of craft beers, a carefully selected wine list and delicious cocktails.
Kilifi Beach House is a fantastic base from which to explore the Margaret River region. There are many wineries, breweries, studios and natural wonders to explore within half an hours drive of Kilifi. Regional maps are available on site to help you find your way around the region.
Caretaker Accomodation is on site in a separate building at the rear of the property. Kilifi Beach House affords privacy from caretakers through thoughtful design, private entries and private outdoor areas.

The house features three bedrooms each with a queen size bed. Bedroom one is upstairs, has ocean views and an ensuite adjacent to the lounge. Downstairs there is another lounge with an open plan dining area and kitchen. Kilifi Beach House is suitable for couples and/or families. Pets are welcome by arrangement. There is a double sofa bed in the upstairs living area to accommodate extra people for the prices listed. A portacot, highchair and baby barrier are available upon request for a fee of $30 per stay.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the arrival date the deposit (50% of the total amount of booking) is non-refundable unless Kilifi Beach House is able to achieve re-booking for the period which the deposit was paid for. If and when the re-booking is achieved the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date 50% of the deposit (i.e 25% of the total booking amount) will be refunded only if Kilifi is able to achieve re-booking for the period the booking was made for.
RIGHT TO REVOKE OR REFUSE BOOKINGS
Kilifi Beach House reserves the right to revoke or refuse to honour a booking if it is deemed unsuitable for the property.
Shire regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a wedding or a party.
Kilifi Beach House is NOT a “PARTY HOUSE”. Noise restrictions apply and any party/ gathering / function that is reported due to disruptions will be shut down immediately. The noise curfew is 10.00pm.
Kilifi Beach House does not accept bookings for Schoolies/ Leavers or parties associated with this period.

Directions
After entering Margaret River, continue south along the highway and take the third right onto Wallcliffe Rd. Continue along Wallcliffe Road. At 5 km you will reach the intersection with Caves Rd. Turn left onto caves then immediately turn right to continue on Wallcliffe Road. Continue along Wallcliffe road for approximately 5 km, then head straight through the roundabout. After the roundabout head over the hill and turn left on Marmaduke Point Drive. Kilifi is the 3rd house on your right, and it is a double story mustard coloured house. Please park in the bays at the front of the property. Please keep driveway clear.

Stayed at Kilifi Beach House twice now, both times were great weekends. Pet friendly, close to the pub but most of all walking distance to world class surf.Kilifi Beach House Xmas
The property was perfect for our family; three adults and a baby. The upstairs rooms gave my son space and peace away from the baby. The grounds were perfect for our dogs. We were within walking distance of the beach and the White Elephant. The house was simple and perfect for relaxing before and after swimming. We had absolute privacy and the house remained amazingly cool during a super hot Christmas.Great for Dogs!
We loved our stay here, the house was perfect and had everything we needed. The backyard was enclosed and our dog had lots of room to run around, they even had a kennel for her. We were close to the beach, the park and a short walk to cafes. We loved our time here and would definitely come again!
