Kilifi Beach House

TThe first level contains two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, six seater dining table, large lounge suite and a wood fire for the colder months and evenings. Outside is a sunny sheltered courtyard with a large BBQ for guest use. The courtyard is secured by a fence and outside pets are welcome by arrangement.

The second level contains the master bedroom with ensuite and separate toilet. The upstairs kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle toaster and bar fridge affords privacy from the rest of the house for that early morning coffee or evening drink. There is also a dining table suitable for four. The 3 seater sofa bed is a great place to kick back and enjoy the view, as is the balcony with bar style seating for 6. From the upstairs bedroom, living area and balcony, guests can check the surf and enjoy uninterrupted views of perfect sunsets over the Margaret River coast.

Thoughtful design combined with good furnishings ensure that guests enjoy a comfortable beachside holiday. Linen and towels are provided. Outside pets are welcome by arrangement, and the outdoor area is fully fenced.

Kilifi Beach House is a short walk from pristine beaches, a fantastic local bar/restaurant, and a beachfront cafe with a stellar view. It is within 10 minutes drive to Margaret River and is conveniently located close to the region's wineries, restaurants, breweries, caves, forests and other attractions. Kilifi Beach House is ideal for couples, or two families/groups to stay comfortably.

The Gnarabup/Prevelly area has excellent cycle and footpath access and visitors can easily fill their itinerary with activities such as surfing, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding and cycling without driving. Gnarabup reserve is a beautiful area across the road from Kilifi with space to kick the footy and a playground for the little and big kids. "The Common" Bar and Restaurant are just the other side of the reserve and "The White Elephant" Cafe is located at Gnarabup beach, a short walk from Kilifi. Both these venues serve delicious food and The Common has a great selection of craft beers, a carefully selected wine list and delicious cocktails.

Kilifi Beach House is a fantastic base from which to explore the Margaret River region. There are many wineries, breweries, studios and natural wonders to explore within half an hours drive of Kilifi. Regional maps are available on site to help you find your way around the region.

Caretaker Accomodation is on site in a separate building at the rear of the property. Kilifi Beach House affords privacy from caretakers through thoughtful design, private entries and private outdoor areas.
