Overview
Dog friendly, bush retreat, stone and rammed earth cottages, fully self contained accommodation. The studios [1& 2] are open plan with 1 queen sized bed.
Cottage 3 has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen sized beds, making it ideal for 2 couples.
Cottage 4 also has 2 bedrooms, a queen sized bed in one, while the 2nd bedroom has 4 bunk beds, which is ideal for families or larger groups.
All linen is supplied. All accommodation has a wood fireplace and hooded gas bbq facilities.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
48 hours prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 1 nights accommodation.
During peak periods i.e. Christmas Easter long w/ends Leeuwin concert & school holidays we require 14 days notice or no refund can be given. If we are able to re-book a full refund will be given less the visitor centre fees.

300 Brockman Highway, KARRIDALE WA 6288 Australia
Located between Margaret River & Augusta. Follow the Bussell Hwy for 29 kms south of Margaret River then turn left onto the Brockman Hwy.We are situated 3 kms along on the right hand side.[sign posted]
If your coming from Perth and want a short cut that doesn't go through Margaret River take Sues Road, the turn off is approximately 5km before Busselton. Take Sues Road for approximately 59 km before you hit a T junction at Brockman Highway. Turn right, drive 26.5 km towards Karridale, Karridale Cottages are on the left hand side approximately 3 km before Karridale.
Follow the gravel road to the left to the studios and cottages. The keys will be left inside for your convenience. If you have any questions follow the gravel road to the right to see the Managers.
