MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: Full refund LESS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: One nights tariff PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.
PET POLICY:
Small dogs are welcome upon application and approval, with an additional cleaning fee of $50. The property includes a fenced area in the front yard for your convenience. Confirmation from the owner is required for all pet booking acceptances. Please note that large dogs are not suitable for this property.

From Visitor Centre travel south along Ocean Beach Road approx 2km. Turn left into Weedon Hill Road, continue into Gilbert and follow road until Adams Road on right. Turn into Adams and house is number 5 on left.
