Description
Karri Views sleeps up to 7 Guests. There are 2 queen sized bedrooms, one upstairs and one down. As well as a bunk room downstairs with a double bunk and a single bunk above (suitable for kids). The home is fully self- contained, with linen supplied, a laundry and excellent kitchen and BBQ facilities. There is a wood fire, overhead fans and modern insulation for your comfort. Satellite TV is provided.
Please note that the daily rate includes up to 4 guests. Above this there is an additional cost of $25 per guest per night applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: Full refund LESS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: One nights tariff PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.
NOTE: Additional costs may be incurred including but not limited to any breakage damage excess cleaning requirements or extra guests beyond those declared etc. to return the property to the standard provided on arrival.

Directions
Drive through Denmark Town on the South Coast Highway (towards Walpole). Just as you leave the centre of town (at the top of the hill) turn left onto Ocean Beach Rd and after 2 kms turn left into Campbell Rd. Take the second right onto Thorne Rd, then turn left at the T-junction into Bracknell Crescent, then continue slightly left into Payne Rd. The driveway to Number 4 will be on your right. The sealed driveway is quite steep, but is accessible for both 2 and 4-wheel drive cars.
