We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
KALBARRI WILDERNESS CRUISES CANCELLATION POLICY
- Minimum numbers are required for our cruises to depart, we will reach out to you if minimum numbers are not met.
- We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled cruise subject to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances or minimum numbers.
In this instance a full refund will be provided or you may transfer for another day.
- If a cruise is missed without notice this is classed as a "no show" and full payment is forfeited.
- No refund applies if cancelling within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
- Kalbarri Wilderness Cruises take no responsibility for incorrect online bookings and the bookings fee is non refundable.
- All cancellations incur a 10% cancellation fee by the operator.
Children's age are 2-15 years.
Aged Australian Pension Concession discount is offered.
KALBARRI VISITOR CENTRE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total capped at $55. This is in addition to the cancellation fee of the service provider /operator. Please review our full terms and conditions here: www.kalbarri.org.au/terms

Great fun!
Relaxing leisurely sunset cruise up the Murchison River. I get seasick at the drop of a hat but had no problems on this boat. Grant is a knowledgable and fun host. Complimentary tea/coffee and bikkies or you can purchase a drink from the bar. I would suggest taking joggers so you can take the challenge of climbing Castle Rock half way along! Finished off at the mouth of the river to watch the sunset.Awesome!
This was awesome, the kids had a great time. Grant and Nikki were great hosts, entertaining and full of information. We had beautiful weather and had a great opportunity to see pelicans, boats, horses in the river, and Castle Rock. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!Lovely Sunset Cruise
This was a great two-hour cruise in a purpose-built riverboat. Equipped with a licenced bar and toilet, it had everything you need. The skipper gave amusing and interesting facts throughout the cruise, and the lady crew member served drinks. We ended up with a wonderful view of the sunset. Really worth doing.
