Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All bookings require the first night of their stay to be pre-paid 24 hours prior (through deposit) and the balance to be paid in full upon arrival.
We require a credit card pre-authorisation of $100 to guarantee payment for any extras during your stay.
Credit card pre-authorisations are held for between 7 - 10 workings days.
All guests are required to provide valid photographic identification upon check in.
We are a cashless venue.
**Please note during these current times payment is only taken upon check in along with the $100 pre-authorisation. The cancellation policy still applies.

Directions
From Perth CBD: Only 20 minutes from Perth CBD from Barrack Street exit on to Riverside Drive heading for Mitchell Freeway (Freeway North). A pleasant speedy drive through suburban Perth without having to stop at traffic lights. Follow the Freeway to the end and turn left at Hodges drive. Turn right at the second turn off and proceed straight through Country Club Boulevard until reaching Joondalup Country Club on the left and Joondalup Resort Hotel on the right. From Perth International Airport: A pleasant 45 minute drive from the International terminal. Turn right on to Tonkin Highway that flows into Reid Highway. Follow this to the end where you take a right turn on to Mitchell Freeway heading North. Driving to the end of the Mitchell Freeway, turn left on to Hodges Drive. Turn right at the second turn off and proceed straight through the roundabout, to Country Club Boulevard to reach Joondalup Country Club on the left. Continue through the gates on the right hand side to reach Joondalup Resort. If necessary transfers are available, please enquire at time of reservation. The resort accommodation and the golf facilities were excellent. All the staff & management were very helpful at all times.My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our two visits to JOONDALUP Golf Club & Resort and most definitely return for the third year to enjoy staying and playing golf.
