Christmas/New Year Bookings & Cancellation Policy
Bookings:
*Two nights non-refundable deposit is taken if any booking made for the period 15th December –15th January is cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS:
* Cancellation without notice:
If you just do not turn up without notifying us there is no normal refund - at the discretion of the managers.
* Cancellation within two weeks of the start date of the booking incurs a fee equal to 2 days.
*Cancellation within 48 hours - no refund
* If a stay is reduced in length then discount for long stays will be forfeited.
You may like to take out travel insurance to cover you for any problems that may occur.

Fremantle's historic centre is around 1 km across Fremantle Park, but it is only about 500m to the Fremantle Markets and the Cappucino Strip.
The free, frequent Central Area Transit (CAT) bus stops just on the other side of James Street about 100m away. This bus takes you to the Fremantle Train Station and Bus station in the World Heritage section of Fremantle West end.
