For ultimate relaxation, retreat to the private Jacuzzi Room, where bi-fold doors open to panoramic ocean views.
BEDROOMS
Incognito accommodates 8 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master suite features ocean views, a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a lavish ensuite with a spa and twin showers. 2 additional bedrooms also offer ocean views and spas, while the 4th bedroom overlooks the serene bushland.

At Incognito, you can choose complete isolation or slip back into the lively activities of the region whenever the mood strikes.

- No functions, parties, gatherings. weddings or events are to be held at the property. A caretaker is on site and will immediately enforce the requirements to meet the Holiday Home Licence regulations and our Terms and Conditions with this regard.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down

Travel south along Caves Road and take the Juniper Road turn-off west.
The initial stretch of Juniper Road is sealed after which an unsealed section of approximately 2km will lead you to the Incognito signboard.
Follow the sign to the left and 2 further signboards will direct you to Incognito
