During their annual migration cycle, Humpback Whales use Ningaloo’s pristine waters as their ‘resting area’, and we are privileged to have an incredible 40,000 mammals pass by our doorstep every year between June through to the end of October.
From the balcony of this stunning double storey home, just meters from the gulf, you can hear the whales jumping and slapping as they continue their journey.
Like the whales and their calves, this house has families in mind.
With a Kitchen, Dining and Lounge area on both levels, Humpback is just perfect for two families or a group of friends who like their own space.
Downstairs features an open plan fully equipped kitchen dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the laundry. The kitchen/dining area leads out to a shaded alfresco area complete with BBQ, lawn and gardens.
Upstairs is the second open plan spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area. The master bedroom adjoins a massive ensuite bathroom with a large spa bath for relaxing the days adventures away. The living area leads to a rear balcony with views over the sand dunes to the Exmouth Gulf. It's simply perfect for whale watching without even leaving home.
The front of the property has a wraparound balcony with double door access from the main bedroom providing cool evening breezes and views across the marina and out to the Cape Range.
With plenty of parking for 4+ cars or a boat, Humpback is the ideal holiday home to enjoy all that Exmouth has to offer.
Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 5 nights.
Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels or you can hire some from us.
Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets.
Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am.
This property is fully self contained.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
