Main bedroom has Queen Bed, ensuite bathroom inc shower & toilet, reverse cycle aircon, ceiling fan for those warm summer nights and your own TV to laze in bed plus a large walk in closet.
Second Bedroom also has a Queen bed and ceiling fan for comfort.

Third Bedroom has 2 King Single beds for extra comfort, reverse cycle air con and ceiling fan.

The open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area will let you all be together to share the holiday experience with a excellent well stocked kitchen which includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove top, electric oven, microwave and the coffee Pod machine. BYO Pods.. Reverse Cycle Aircon in kitchen/dining as well.
Lounge area has a lounge, TV with Wifi inc to laze around and catch up on your favourite shows.

Main Bathroom includes a bath and separate shower & a second toilet is off the laundry which has the top loader washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Kitchen,lounge and dining are all open plan with reverse cycle air con and ceiling fans. Double door fridge in kitchen with Gas stovetop electric wall oven, microwave & dishwasher plus well stocked kitchen. Second bathroom has a shower with a separate bath and the second toilet is off the laundry with a top loader washing machine,ironing board and iron. Outside the large undercover area has an outdoor setting with a second beer/bait fridge, WebberQ and dartboard. All gardens and lawns surround the house which is fenced, has 2 under cover driveways to fit boats and cars.
