The property boasts 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, perfect for 3 couples or a small family. 2 elegant, art deco-style queen bedrooms are located at the front of the house, serviced by a newly renovated family bathroom. The 3rd bedroom provides additional space and comfort for your stay.

The modern open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is furnished to a high standard, featuring reverse cycle air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the year. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large gas hob, making it easy to cook up delicious meals for your family or friends. Dine indoors at the stylish dining table or enjoy your meals alfresco in the secluded outdoor area.

EXTERIOR
Step outside to a lush, fully fenced garden that feels like your own private oasis. The outdoor entertaining area includes a Webber BBQ, perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying a quiet evening under the stars. There’s even an outdoor shower with hot and cold features for rinsing off after a day at the beach or exploring the trails.

Please note that while the garden is fully fenced, we cannot guarantee the fencing is secure for all dogs, and we cannot take responsibility for any escapees. If you’re bringing a pet, make sure to remember that dogs cannot be left unattended, in accordance with local council regulations.

Situated just one street back from the vibrant Margaret River township, you’ll have a variety of eateries, bars, and cafes right on your doorstep. For outdoor enthusiasts, the bike and walking trails are just steps away, and the beach is a short drive from the property. You’ll also be able to enjoy the calming presence of the Margaret River, which runs right alongside the house.
For those who love cycling, Higgins Hideaway offers direct access to some of the region’s best bike trails without the need to load your bike into the car.
