We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Full payment required at time of booking.
Non-Refundable.
Full charge will be applied for any cancellation within 30 days to arrival.
$50 cancellation fee will be apply when the booking cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
Bookings during school & public holidays are non refundable when cancelled at any time prior to the arrival date.

We are 4hrs from Geraldton heading to the Overlander, once you have reached the Overlander Roadhouse turn left and continue 1 3/4hrs till you reach Denham, Shark Bay

Nice Clean Rooms
We stayed one night in this resort. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. It is an great location and only a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops, the grocery store and of course the beach is right across the street. The staff are very friendly.Great place
Clean, comfortable and well serviced with large spacious rooms - we stayed in a king room. Great location overlooking the Ocean and close to everything you need. Recommend Pearlers Restaurant which is a very short walk away.

Amazing friendly , knowledgeable staff whom went extra mile to ensure we had a fabulous visit . Rooms are super quiet, comfy & spacious. It’s centrally located, popular with locals & great launching place to visit Monkey Mia . We loved it so much , we extended our stay .
