Overview
Hamptons Inn is an adult retreat and we do not cater for children. We offer four spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite (3 with spas), individual air conditioning, 40 inch flat screen TV, ironing, tea and coffee facilities and either King or Queen sized beds with quality linen. The entire house has free WIFI for you to use.
An extensive continental breakfast is served in the dining room at the rear of the house where you can either chat with other guests or find your own space in the small alfresco area if you enjoy dining outside.
We hope you will enjoy the comfortable lounge area where you can relax and enjoy a quiet read. We have provided a choice of books to suit most tastes; and if you haven’t finished your book by the time you leave, please take it with you with our compliments.
If you are travelling on business, you may find our complimentary printer/copier/scanner/fax handy. We hope it helps you do whatever you need to whilst staying with us. Our complimentary House Phone may also be useful if you need to call any local or interstate numbers. Both of these are located on the desk in the lounge area.
Off road parking is available for two cars at the rear of the house and paved verge parking for another 3 cars along the Fothergill Street side of the house.
We are only a short 10 minute stroll (750 metres) from the centre of Fremantle with its renowned sidewalk cafes, restaurants, bars, entertainment venues and the Port Precinct.
You can take a short drive, jump on the Fremantle Tram or the free Fremantle Cat Bus Service, to our stunning beaches, Fishing Boat Harbour and the Rottnest Ferry terminal. Or you can stroll 100m down the road to the bus stop where a #150 or 160 bus can take you into Fremantle or onto Perth and the Perth Airport.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Payment must be made in full to confirm a booking.
A credit will be provided for use within 6 months for cancellation of a booking one month prior to the time of stay.
A 50% credit will be provided for use within 6 months for cancellation of a booking more than two weeks and less than one month prior to the time of stay.
No refund or credit will be provided for cancellation of a booking less than two weeks prior to the time of stay.

If you are walking to Hamptons Inn from the Fremantle Train Station:
1.Walk out of the station (45m) and turn left onto Phillimore St
2.In 100m turn right onto Queen St (UNITED CREDIT UNION is on the corner)
3.Walking 100m down Queen St, you will pass through 3 roundabouts (remaining on Queen St)
4.Bear left onto Holdsworth St (AVIS is on the corner) for another 320m
5.You will pass by the Fly By Night Club in 300m and bear right onto Knutsford St
6.In 150m bear right onto Hampton Rd and cross to the northern side of the road
7.As you pass by the rear of the Fremantle Prison (Only 200m down on the right)
8.Continue on for 100m and you will see the front gate for Hamptons Inn just before the corner of Fothergill St
9.You can also walk 30m up the Fothergill St hill to enter the house through the rear parking area

If you would like to go by bus:
1.Walk out of the station (15m) and hop on either a Transperth 150 or 160 bus
2.Hop off at the bus stop on Hampton Rd, just past the rear of the Fremantle Prison (on your right)
3.Turn left as you get off the bus and walk 240m to the front gate for Hamptons Inn (on your right) just after the corner of Fothergill St and behind the rear corner of the Fremantle Prison
4.Or you can also walk 30m up the Fothergill St hill to enter the house through the rear parking area
