Granite Townhouse is fully self-contained with three bedrooms, two queen size & one double/single combo bed sleeping a maximum of six people.
The main upstairs bedroom has a wall TV, en-suite, fan, aircon & balcony.The main bathroom has a separate shower & bath to soak off those long lazy days at the beach.The open plan living area has high timber ceiling, furnished with recliners & couch, TV, free WIFI, Netflix & reverse cycle air conditioning.The kitchen is fully equipped & features recycled timber bench tops.The back patio is very inviting with an outdoor setting & BBQ.
Granite Townhouse is a well loved home so we know that you will appreciate it as you do your own. Feel free to have friends over for a BBQ but no parties or excessive noise after 10pm.
No smoking inside the dwelling. Sand bowls for smokers are situated outside in the back & front garden.
House is to be left as you found it, dishes washed and returned to cupboards.
Outside pets allowed only at the discretion of the owner. Please enquire.
The townhouse has always been child friendly but there is a staircase so you might take this into consideration when booking.
