Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Perfect beachside break
This was our second time at Grace and will be back. Comfortable and clean house in an excellent location close to the beach, general store for great coffee, the Wilyabrup wine region and an easy drive to Margaret River for supplies. The kitchen has a big oven and contains all you need to self cater, can also bbq on the big deck while watching the sun go down. We’ve visited once as a couples getaway and as well as with a family of 4, plenty of room for adults and kids to enjoy their own space. Highly recommend, but also want to keep it a bit of a secret!Great location in beautiful Gracetown
Best spot to get your morning coffee from Gracies General Store. Great coffee too.The house was very well appointed and the view from the deck sublime.
