Description

Our 'must do' outback experience's secret location is nestled amongst iconic boab trees and rugged red cliff faces – the most spectacular Kimberley setting for your unforgettable four-course dinner.

Hailed by many as the best 'restaurant' in Kununurra, each dish has an emphasis on flavour and freshness using a combination of locally sourced produce and bush tucker.

Sit back and soak in the ambience of an outback sunset with a complimentary beverage in hand and marvel as each dish is created in front of your eyes.

Our camp dinners promise an evening of gastronomic indulgence, accentuated by the warmth of crackling fires and the serenity of dining under the Kimberley stars.

Canapé

Your culinary journey begins with Top End saltwater crocodile, prepared over open flames. Enhanced with the aromatic touch of lemon myrtle and paired with wild hibiscus jam, Ord Valley dill, and kewpie mayonnaise.

Entree

Indulge in our mouth-watering potato rosti and wild-caught barramundi stack, cooked over the coals. Seasoned with native pepperberry and saltbush and served with Ord Valley tomatoes, a balsamic glaze, a lemon and Kimberley honey drizzle, freshly blended herbs and Ord River lime.

Main

Crunch into crispy skinned pork belly, slowly cooked in the camp oven and smoked over Indian Sandalwood embers. Served with an Ord Valley mango sauce, basil infused damper and a harmonious blend of rocket, kapok, chia, melon and mint, finished with our special Kununurra lime dressing.

Dessert

Our specialty dessert is a warm Ord River rum and chocolate brownie. Served with vanilla bean ice cream, salted caramel sauce, wild rosella and dusted with powdered boab pith.

Live music is played throughout the main course.

A complimentary beverage is served on arrival and iced water is available throughout the experience.

A small selection of local and bush tucker inspired beverages are available for purchase from our Boab Bar and BYO eskies (cool boxes) and drinks are welcome.
