Description
GOGO Active tours use bikes and kayaks to show you some of Perth’s well known highlights plus some special and difficult to find locations. We provide a safe and organised guided tour for the whole family which are not strenuous but involve some light activity, some interesting facts about the history, culture, plants and animals of the areas visited and allow plenty of time to simply enjoy the scenery.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
CANCELLATIONS: Should the weather take a turn for the worst and we believe it is unsafe to operate on the day we will send you an email. If we cancel a tour a 100% refund will be given. Notification will be sent via email. Most tours will proceed as scheduled even in rain and hot weather. We do reserve the right to use our discretion and re-direct the tour slightly in order to make it more comfortable and safer for participants. If a tour is postponed at a location due to weather we will then wait at that location up to 1 hour before cancelling the remaining portion of the tour. If a tour is cancelled at this point a 50% refund will be given.
WARNING: INHERENT RISK
The Tour which includes kayaking and/or cycling exposes the Participant to certain inherent risks.
I the Participant fully understand and acknowledge that:
(a)Kayaking and cycling are inherently risky activities which may involve dangers and hazards;
(b)These risks may include but are not limited to: the terrain temperatures weather water conditions the condition of participants equipment vehicular traffic and the actions of other people including other participants;
(c)Kayaking and/or cycling are physically strenuous activities;
(d)My participation in kayaking and/or cycling may result in injury illness or loss including but not limited to damage to or loss of my property bodily injury strains fractures partial or total paralysis catastrophic injury drowning or death; and
(e)By participating in kayaking and/or cycling I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any and all loss and/or damage.
