Property Features: Open plan kitchen & living area with a Queen sized bed. Lounge area includes dining table and chairs, TV and 3 seater leather sofa. Bedroom - Queen sized bed and 2 singles (accessed through bathroom) Cooking facilities - a electric barbeque, microwave oven, induction hot plate, electric fry pan, electric steamer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster and large fridge / freezer. All cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. Bathroom - shower, toilet, washing machine, basin. Please note there is a step up to the shower. Please note this property is a studio style apartment with a Queen bed in the main living area. There is a separate Bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 singles which is accessed through the bathroom. Alfresco area in front with a barbeque, table and chairs. Parking for a car and boat / trailer adjacent to the villa. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 2 nights. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Enjoyed our holiday
We enjoyed our stay. The unit was centrally located next to the shops and that made getting around town much easier. A good budget base for all that Exmouth has to offer.June 2020
