We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
If cancelling less than 14 days prior to arrival day you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 30 percent of your total booking value.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Directions
From the large 5 way roundabout at entrance to Albany, follow the signs to the city centre (Albany Highway exit) and turn right into York Street. Travel down York Street to the last roundabout and turn left into Proudlove Parade. The Apartments are at the end of Proudlove Parade, past the bus station and Thai Cafe to a carpark at the very end. Park here then make your way up to the first floor of the Foreshore Apartment block. It is less than a 2 min walk to the CBD from here.

Great place to stay, close to all amenities!Great location
Friendly owner who was extremely helpful. Well appointed apartment with a great supply of breakfast items and full kitchen equipment. Really pleased we chose this place. Easy to use laundry facility in the block too and car parking right outside.Highly recommend
A beautiful place very well set up, very clean and homely. I would definitely recommend this place. So close to everything and right near the water. Just amazing!
