Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer:
Up to 7 Days Prior to Departure: Full refund, minus a 3% processing fee (if payment was made via Credit or Debit Card).
Between 7 Days and 72 Hours Prior to Departure: Eligible for rescheduling to a later date or a 50% refund. Note that rescheduled flights are not eligible for refunds if cancelled.
Within 72 Hours of Departure: No refund available.
Cancellation by Operator:
Tours cancelled by the operator (e.g., due to weather or other reasons) can either be rescheduled or refunded in full.
No-Shows:
No refunds will be provided for no-shows under any circumstances.
