This property is perfect for a relaxing vacation at one of WA's top 10 beaches. With plenty to do in and around Albany, staying at Fisherman's Rest offers a comfortable stay where guests will have the premise to themselves. Children and pets welcome and safe within an enclosed back yard.

There are four comfortable bedrooms, all with heating/cooling, electric blankets and smart TV's. There are 3 queen bedrooms and a bunkroom with two triple bunks, great for children. The base rate is for 4 persons. Extra persons and pets are welcome at an extra fee.

There are 2 bathrooms, one with a separate toilet to shower, and a bath. Washer and dryer also available.

As well as a fully functional kitchen, there is also a large, private outdoor area. Equipped with wall heater, BBQ, protective blinds and furniture, it is a convenient extension of the house.

Emu Point is a renowned holiday destination due to its' beautiful protected beaches which are perfect for swimming, snorkelling, boating, kayaking and paddle boarding.

There is a fun, social atmosphere in and around the areas' highlights, such as the local eateries, while the houses maintain a peaceful ambience.

The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly.

The city centre, and Albany's many beautiful sights, are a short drive away, with regular buses also an option, making it easy and convenient to do any shopping.

Emu Point features a scenic dual cycle/walking path to neighbouring Middleton Beach, and up to the Anzac Centre.

There is also smaller paths through the bush within the suburb, providing an excellent opportunity to see local wildlife and orchids.
