With rates starting at only $150 per person per night (based on 20 people hiring the whole resort as your exclusive getaway) our resort provides affordable luxury, comfort, and privacy for you and your loved ones in the heart of the picturesque Ferguson Valley.
The resort sleeps up to 20 people and requires a minimum stay of 2 nights at a fixed rate of $2990 per night. With the resort's fixed rate, it doesn't matter whether you have 2 or 20 people, you can easily divide up the cost between your group and see just how reasonable this stunning property is.

There is a nice choice of options for food in Ferguson Valley during the day. At night we offer in-house catering with advance notice via our in-house chefs, or you can simply choose to self-cater, the choice is yours…
For those in need of some extra TLC, we have an external masseuse on hand to provide rejuvenating massages with a massage table set up under our lush tropical gardens, in the pool cabana or in the privacy of your own room… Just give us advance notice, and we'll arrange for a one-hour massage for $100 per person.
The clean fee is $399.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
1.Deposit required is at a rate of 50% of the total balance and to be paid within 24 hours to secure the booking.
2.Please send the deposit receipt via email or text so we can secure the booking from external bookings sites, so we don’t encounter double bookings, as we cannot secure your booking until the deposit is paid.
*Due to the nature of the bookings being a ‘group’ booking, with most people booking months in advance, we cannot accept cancellations with refunds due to loss of income as its not a ‘last minute; type place to replace your booking.
3.Any cancellation further than 6 months out of the booking will incur the full deposit amount to be retained for administration costs and loss of income.
4.Any cancellations within 6 months, incurs the full amount of the entire booking to be paid and an invoice will be sent for the balance to be paid in full.
5.We can only offer alternate dates if we can refill your original booking dates and not incur a loss of income, otherwise the full balance is required to be paid in full.
