Exmouth Diving & Whaleshark Centre has been operating for many years on the Ningaloo Reef and is Exmouth's original dive centre. We specialise in Scuba Diving, Snorkelling, WhaleShark Swim Tours, Humpback Whale Watching & Humpback Whale Swims and having a great time on the Ningaloo Reef!
What makes this such a special place? Well we have the most consistent congregation of adolescent Whaleshark, which allows us to Whaleshark Swim every day from March to August and Guarantee it! Big Fish, Manta, Turtles, Dugong and Humpback Whales are in abundance too. Lets not forget the Great Scuba Diving all year round and snorkelling like you would not believe !! Don't forget the complimentary Nitrox!!
Our long term commitment to this area of the Ningaloo Reef allows us to know where to find the very best snorkelling, diving and to have the most reliable and exciting interactions on our Whaleshark Swim, with the myriad of creatures that call this area home.
Exmouth Dive is the only PADI 5 Star Instructor Development (IDC) Centre on the Ningaloo Reef, offering a complete diver training service: from Open Water to professional level Dive Master & Instructor Training. Don’t just come for the fun of a Whaleshark swim, as there are many other seasonal visitors to the Ningaloo reef. Humpback whales are in the area from June until November and Manta rays can be seen along the Ningaloo Reef near Exmouth from May to November. As summer arrives, so do the Green, Loggerhead and Hawksbill turtles and they begin their nesting season after mating during October and November and can be seen on the beaches right up until March.
Add the bio-diversity of 250 species of corals, a great assortment of Nudibranches and over 500 different species of fish including local reef sharks to the mix and it makes Exmouth an impressive destination all year round.
Exmouth Diving Centre is located just behind the Potshot hotel on Payne St.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
All cancellations made 4 days prior incur a 20% cancellation fee.
No refunds for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Date changes are subject to availability and must be made 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability on the newly desired date.
Tours cancelled by Exmouth Diving & Whaleshark Centre due to weather or other unforseable conditions will result in re-booking.
All divers must meet the following criteria before scuba diving:
1) be certified as Open Water or higher (you will need to show your card!)
2) have a dive within the past 12 months OR have completed a refresher within the past 30 days OR complete a refresher session with us before heading out on the ocean dives.
Swimmers on our whaleshark tour must have a basic level of swimming ability and be able climb a ladder.
Refreshers ($90) are available every day with 24 hrs notice.
