Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Please note, pets are only permitted for guests staying on caravan/tent sites. No pets for guests staying in accommodation.
It is at the sole discretion of the Managers of the Summerstar Tourist Park to provide a cancellation and refund of deposit outside of below terms on compassionate grounds. A $20 administration/booking fee will be taken from your deposit and the remainder returned to your credit card. Should you need to cancel your booking you must advise us by telephone and then confirm this cancellation in writing to us by post fax or email quoting your booking reference number. Your cancellation will only be effective as at the date we receive your written confirmation. If you cancel your holiday within 30 days of your booking date no refund will be given by Summerstar Tourist Parks. If you provide more than 30 days notice 30% of the total booking cost will be charged. In exceptional circumstances we may have to cancel or change some aspects of your booking. If we do so we will tell you as soon as possible prior to your holiday date and you may choose to either: accept the changes offered by us receive a full refund or accept an alternative holiday with us at the same price.

Directions
From Norseman: as you approach Esperance, you will pass the Esperance Golf Course (on your left), and then there is a large roundabout. Go straight ahead through the roundabout and keep driving along Norseman Road. At the end, it continues round to the right and turns into Dempster Street. Follow Dempster Street to the very end. You will pass through 3 roundabouts. The second is the main corner and has the post office and banks on it, and the third roundabout has McDonalds on the right. Continue straight ahead to the very end of Dempster Street, which is a no through road. We are located on the left hand side, approximately 1km from the post office, look out for the Top Tourist and Golden Chain flags!
From Albany: as you approach Esperance, you will be driving along the South Coast Highway, and will arrive at a T-junction. Turn right and travel along Harbour Road approximately 2.5kms. Turn lefft on to Pink Lake Road (just before the pedestrian crossing). Do not continue along Harbour Road after this as you will end up in the port and turning around is very restricted. Follow Pink Lake Road to the second roundabout. This is the main corner with the post office and banks on it. Turn right at the roundabout onto Dempster Street. Pass through the next roundabout which has McDonalds on the right, and continue straight ahead to the very end of Dempster Street, which is a no through road. We are located on the left hand side, approximately 1km from the post office, look for out the Top Tourist and Golden Chain flags!

Stylish and very comfortable
Loved the cabin. Freshly refurbished with everything we needed, including an oven. Park surroundings were very clean and tidy. We found the Esperance Bay Holiday Park to be an excellent choice when we stayed there for a few evenings. The staff were very helpful and the park grounds, amenities and Camp Kitchen were very clean. A very enjoyable stay.Easter holiday
Can not fault this park one bit. We had an extended break over the Easter long weekend. The park is the cleanest I have stayed in, the staff extremely friendly and hard working. Great location, walking distance into town and a short drive to the coast. Highly recommend a stay here.
