Office hours 8.00am - 6.00pm with contactless check in. Please respect we are unable to accept PETS on the property at all times. Room check in time is 2pm and checkout is 10am.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Cancellation policy is a minimum of 72 hours notice is required prior to your arrival date otherwise the 1st night will be charged. For all bookings made for Christmas holiday time we will be taking a 50% deposit on or after the 1st December refundable on cancellation of bookings before the 15th December. Each- Extra person including children are charged $25 per night. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

6km to Albany city centre. From the main roundabout on Albany Highway, follow the signs to Emu Point. From roundabout turn onto North Road, left onto Ulster Rd, right onto Troode St and then left onto Emu Point Dr. Follow Emu Point Drive until it becomes Mermaid Ave. Turn right onto Medcalf Pde. We are the first driveway on your right.
