Each visit promises something special, making it hard to choose the best time to stay!

INTERIOR
The heart of this home is its large, open-plan living area, bathed in natural light thanks to expansive windows and doors. The rustic, farm-style decor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to gather with loved ones after a day of exploring the stunning Margaret River region.

No matter the season, Edwards Winery ensures your stay is comfortable. In the warm summer months, enjoy the refreshing cool of reverse cycle air conditioning. During winter, gather around the open fireplace for cozy evenings with family, with a starter pack of firewood provided to kick off your stay.

BEDROOMS
Spread across 2 levels, Edwards Winery accommodates families and groups with ease. The upstairs level features 2 spacious master bedrooms, each with queen beds, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom for the primary master. Downstairs, you'll find another queen bedroom, a single bedroom with a bunk bed, and a 5th bedroom with additional bunks, making this home ideal for families or groups of friends seeking privacy and relaxation.

VINEYARD
As a working vineyard, Edwards Winery offers a unique farm-stay experience. You may spot tractors or organic spray units tending to the vines during your stay, providing an authentic glimpse into vineyard life. However, please note that due to the nature of the farm, pets are not allowed on the property.

TO NOTE
- No pets allowed.
- All linen and towels provided.
- There is no WIFI.
- A starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
- No leavers permitted.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

What a majestic place! The house is modest, but clean, and has all you need for a beautiful stay.
The silence and the uninterrupted views of the stars were truly memorable. A property we will definitely re-visit. The staff at EE were quick to respond to any questions, and that was really appreciated.
Bec at the Cellar Door is so genuine and friendly, it really topped off a remarkable stay to visit her at the cellar door and enjoy some of the winery's offerings. It is a magnificent space, with a very intimate and sophisticated ambiance.

Peaceful stay in the Vineyards
Once again we enjoyed a relaxing stay at Edwards. It has a lovely outlook, surrounded by tall trees and vineyards, and plenty of birdlife. The house is spacious and comfortable, if a little old. Only negative was the flies, which came inside at every opportunity.
