The guest garden and outdoor dining area has free gas BBQ and forest views and joins State Forest with walk trails to beautiful views along the Margaret River.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
If booking is cancelled the following charges apply.
•Up to 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in time: A $15 cancelation fee will be applied and any deposit you have paid for your booking will be returned less $15 cancellation fee.
Within 7 days but up to 48 hours of your scheduled check-in time: a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from any monies which you have already paid and the remainder returned.
Within 48 hours of your scheduled check-in time: a 100% cancellation fee will apply and you will be required to pay to the Edge of the Forest Motel the full amount of your booking less any amount which you have already paid.

Wonderful stay
My husband and I stayed at the motel one night. Management was a joy to deal with, going above beyond to accommodate us. The rooms were clean, comfortable and cozy in winter. There was a good collection of DVDs available to borrow free of charge and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Overall, great service and value for money - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommendFriendly and helpful team
The owners and staff were very welcoming and know the area well, so great tips for places to visit/photograph and also good restaurants in the region. Although it is located on the Bussell Highway, there were no issues of noise in the comfortable and private family room.Great little cottage
We only stayed one night while passing through town but would love to come back and stay again. Nice clean cottage, very charming and our children loved the garden! Very convenient location, walking distance to town.
