This brand-new space features a large, white and bright bedroom with a brushed copper king-sized bed, exuding a serene ambiance. The living space offers a moody character with bronze light fittings and dark walls, complemented by a freshly renovated bathroom that mixes old-world antiques with modern black fixtures.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have designated onsite parking and a very short, picturesque walk to the BnB. Enter through the picket-fenced courtyard into your own private space. The key is located in a keybox on the fence beside your personal front door.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Please note that there is a $150 admin fee for cancellations plus 1 night stay if done less than 7 days before check-in. For COVID cancellations due to a lockdown we would first attempt to alter your dates but if cancellation is necessary $150 admin fee only.

Beautiful
Lisa was very easy to communicate with making check in an ease. This beautiful granny flat attached to the home with a private garden is located very close to town centre (walking distance) and offers a modern natural feel. Would highly recommend for anyone after a relaxing break.Had the best time!
Fantastic place to relax, clean and tidy apartmenrt. Checking in was super easy. Complimentary snakcs and drinks provided was fabulous Lisa is very welcoming ad thoughtul, she even offered to do my laundry and dishes for me. Communication was very good. Nice touch of luxury decor, I had a great tine & feel relax. I had the best time, highly recommended.Convinient
Cozy little place ideal for a couple as a base to explore the area. 15 min walk to the main Dunsborough street or short 2 min drive. Bathroom was clean and modern, with lots of lush plants to give an overall nature feel.
