* A valid Australian drivers licence Australian Learners Permit or valid licence from any other country is required for the driver of the bike.
* Passenger must be minimum age of 4 years.
* Each bike has a maximum load capacity of 160 kilograms. Two people with a combined weight in excess of 160kg need to book one bike each.
* Any cancellation within 48 hours attracts a 100% cancellation fee. PLEASE CHECK YOUR BOOKING DETAILS ON YOUR EMAIL ITINERARY AS A MISTAKE WILL MEAN YOU HAVE LOST YOUR BOOKING WITH NO REFUND AS YOU HAVE DENIED SOMEONE ELSE THE OPPORTUNITY OF BOOKING. All cancellations attract a 1.5% credit card fee surcharge for fees incurred.
* We reserve the right to terminate your tour at any point due to disobeying the tour guide's instructions driving in a dangerous or hazardous manner incompetence to control the vehicle or wilful misuse or damage to the vehicle. This decision is determined by the tour guide and will be final. Due to any of the above there will be no refund.
*A charge of $150 minimum to cover repairs will be made for crashing into another bike or damage caused by lack of care and attention.
*Management reserves the right to vary the times of the tour slightly due to rain and the discretion to cancel the tour if minimum numbers are not achieved to make it viable. In case of tour being cancelled by management a full refund is offered or another tour time or credit are offered.
*In the event of a lockdown of borders due to Covid a full refund is given less a 1.5% credit card fee incurred. Another tour time or credit is also offered if you wish.
