This unique, open plan villa is the perfect destination for a romantic or family getaway. There are 2 master bedrooms with king size beds both with private ensuite bathrooms. Attached to the villa is also a separate studio bedroom housing 2 single beds and a private ensuite.
This villa is fitted with high quality furnishings, NBN Internet access, reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating and cooling, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and a coffee machine.
Set in a peaceful, bush location opposite the beach, the property is only 7km to Dunsborough Town Centre, and only a few minutes drive from Wise Winery and Eagle Bay Brewery.
The area includes dog-friendly beaches, wineries, breweries, art galleries and the many other attractions Margaret River has to offer.
This property is fully enclosed for your peace of mind and safety, perfect for your furry friend to enjoy. If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking.
A complimentary bag of firewood for the pizza oven is provided.
The garage is not available for guest access.
There are external cameras at this property for security purposes.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
