Moving down through the house you are greeted by the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area that has been recently renovated to encompass the heart of the home. Relax on the lounges, sit at the kitchen bench or perhaps discuss the days events at the round dining table seating 8 guests. The minor bedrooms are located at the back right hand side of the house and are serviced by the main family bathroom with its original features.
You will not be disappointed with the garden space at Dunsborough Bay Retreat! The undercover area with dining table is ideal for those balmy alfresco dinners and the large grassed area is perfect for you to have a family friendly cricket comp! The kids and your small dog will be securely contained in the fully fenced garden while they have a ball of a time.
If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. Please be aware, you cannot leave your dog unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council.
The centrepiece of the backyard is the timber fire place, during winter months feel free to pick up a bag of timber from a local service station on your way in to enjoy the warmth and ambience during your stay. Please always consider fire restrictions before using the fireplace, which can be checked by calling DFES 133 337.

A stones throw from the crystal waters of Geographe Bay and within touching distance of the town centre, there isn't many other properties with this perfect location. Kick off your shoes as you enter the front door into one of two lounge areas. This particular room is perfect for the kids to watch a movie or play a game. The master bedroom is on the left of the front door as you enter and is occupied by an en-suite and walk in robe. Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Had a fantastic stay at this property. Perfect location in Dunsborough, walking distance to everything. Nice, clean well organised property thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family.Perfect stay
Our family loved its stay in this very well presented and clean property. The house had all of the things you need for a short stay and everything worked - which is not always the case. A fantastic location within short walking distance to lots of great cafes and shops and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. And as a bonus, the most comfortable king size bed we have ever slept in!Great Location
This was place was absolutely beautiful - and such a great location…..everything was within walking distance….enjoyed our stay 10/10.
