INTERIOR
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by the first of two lounge areas, perfect for the kids to enjoy movies or games while the adults relax in the main living space. The spacious master bedroom is located near the entrance, complete with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in robe for your convenience.
At the heart of the home is a bright, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, designed with comfort and style in mind. Recently renovated, this space is perfect for family gatherings or casual meals. You can relax on the comfy sofas, chat around the kitchen bench, or enjoy a meal at the dining table that comfortably seats 8 guests.
The minor bedrooms, located at the rear of the house, offer privacy and comfort, with easy access to the main family bathroom, which still features its original charm.
EXTERIOR
The large, fully fenced backyard is perfect for family fun. Enjoy alfresco dining under the covered outdoor area, where a dining table awaits for balmy summer evenings. The expansive lawn provides plenty of space for a friendly game of cricket, while children and small pets can play safely in the secure garden.
For those visiting during the cooler months, the timber fireplace is the centrepiece of the backyard, offering warmth and ambience. Simply pick up a bag of timber from a local service station and enjoy cosy evenings by the fire. Please always consider fire restrictions before using the fireplace, which can be checked by calling DFES 133 337.

Situated just a stone’s throw from the beach and within easy walking distance to cafes, shops, and local attractions, this property boasts one of the most enviable locations in town. Whether you’re enjoying the nearby natural beauty or exploring the lively town centre, everything is within easy reach.

- All linen and towels provided.
- A starter pack of essentials such as toilet paper, hand soaps, and dishwasher tablets is included.
- No leavers permitted.
- Show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after 10pm.
- Please be aware, you cannot leave your dog unattended at the property.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
