Welcome to Dolphin Break, an exclusive three-storey holiday home in Mandurah's popular Wannanup locality. This property offers stunning 180-degree ocean views and direct access to the beach, making it a perfect getaway for families, adventure lovers, and golfing couples. With amenities like a plunge pool, wood-fired pizza oven, and several decks, your stay will be nothing short of luxurious.
TOP LEVEL
The top level features an open-plan lounge, kitchen, dining area, master king bedroom with ensuite, office, and powder room. The east-facing patio includes a plunge pool, pizza oven, and BBQ, while the west-facing patio offers comfy lounges and breathtaking sunset views over the Indian Ocean.
MIDDLE LEVEL
The middle level has four bedrooms (three king, one twin singles), a large games/TV room opening to a garden area, and an elevated patio.
ENTRY LEVEL
The entry-level includes a two-car garage and a storage room.
ACTIVITIES
Dolphin Break is close to world-class golf courses and surf breaks, including Avalon and Gearies. Guests can enjoy kayaking, swimming, and water sports, with kayaks and cray nets provided.
BOOKING TERMS
- No loud noise after 10pm and before 8am.
- No use of the wood-fired pizza oven during fire bans or prohibited burning seasons.
- Children must be supervised at all times when in the pool. No diving or bombing into the pool.
- Please enjoy the kayaks and paddles provided but be sure to clean them off and put them away in the garage storeroom once finished. Do not leave them at the beach.
- Strictly no pets permitted anywhere on the property.
- Put the general waste and recycling bins out on the cul de sac for collection before departure.
Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $196 applies to each booking. There is also a $1000 refundable bond and a $76 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).

Terms & conditions if your plans change
A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200
to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs
or decks
Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at
Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and
associated bookings.
Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check-
In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date
specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to.

BBq left dirty fee: $66
Excess rubbish removal fee: $66
