Overview
Nestled high amongst the Karri trees, Dencala is your cosy retreat when you return home from exploring. Cosy up to the log fire in winter, have a barbie on the deck.
Enjoy lovely walks around the neighbourhood, including stunning views of The Inlet, and just minutes away a reserve and bush trail. The Bib Track and Little River Walk and Cycle away are 3 minutes by car.
The town centre is 5 minutes by car or take the cycle track.
Ocean Beach is a five-minute drive, Lights Beach 10 minutes.
Each bedroom is carpeted and has a built in robe.
Open plan dining, kitchen and living.
We sleep up to 6 guests. Bedrooms 1 & 2 with Queen beds and Bedroom 3 with 2 x single beds.
1 bathroom 2x toilets
All cooking facilities, including microwave oven.
Smart TV, wood fire, washing machine and dryer, gas BBQ. Free WIFI
Reverse cycle air conditioner, plus 1 x electric portable heater.
Linen & towels included.
Please note a cleaning fee of $150 will be applied to your booking.
Pet friendly (no cats) $100 per stay max 2x dogs. Large enclosed deck. Dogs may be left at the property if you feel confident they will not be distressed and bark, as there are neighbours.. If your dog is a furniture dweller and /or not reliably house trained, please do not book Dencala.
The property is fenced (one metre high), plus large enclosed deck for the safe enjoyment of your dog.
Check in time is 3pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Up to 30 Days prior to arrival: Full refund LESS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
Up to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund LESS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
14 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
In order to successfully book Dencala, The full name of all guests need to be listed. This is a mandatory requirement of The Shire of Denmark, and Dencalas continued operation depends on the ability to produce these details if requested. Thank you.
Firewood is supplied between 1 April and 31 October
