The stunning home has 3 bedrooms in the main residence, the main bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom, being on the first floor with its own balcony sitting amongst the trees providing privacy, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the cooling sea breezes. The large master ensuite is completed in rustic tones and feature stone tiles. With a great walk-in robe.

The two downstairs bedrooms are double in size, both with built in robes and the main bathroom servicing these two rooms is stunning with the same tiling features carried through as the master ensuite. Once again you have the feeling you are living amongst tropical nature.

Being a pod design, the second zone has a smaller 4th bedroom and the 5th bedroom and a second living space.

Sweeping timber decks surround the home with the verandas and the timber log posts adding to the rustic feel. The entertaining gazebo has easy access from the kitchen and overlooks the shady, private swimming pool. The gardens are gorgeous, fully mature and reticulated, ready for you to just enjoy with a relaxing BBQ, enjoying Broome Time weather or swimming in the private pool. With a double carport there is plenty of room for a a number of vehicle and even a boat or two.
