Overview
The Cullen Wines Homestead is nestled in the heartland of the Margaret River wine growing region.
The main Homestead offers three bedrooms, one bathroom and sleeps up to five guests. There is also a Studio that may be booked in addition to the Homestead, which offers an additional three bedrooms, one bathroom and sleeps up to seven guests. Please note the Studio cannot be booked separately to the Homestead.
This unique accommodation, which is located just a short walk from the Cullen vineyard, winery & restaurant, satisfies both the heart and mind and provides an insight into what it was like to live in Margaret River during the pioneering days of this world famous wine region.
The house is well appointed for corporate or family use with an adjacent tennis court. Visitors can readily enjoy bushwalks or stroll over to the Cullen winery for a tasting and lunch.
The homestead, which was built in 1976 by Diana and Kevin Cullen, the founders of Cullen Wines, was constructed from local granite rock. It contains a stunning open fireplace and has sweeping panoramic views of the countryside and vineyards

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
If you cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to arrival you will receive a full refund of monies paid. A 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival. No refund is provided for cancellations within 7 days or in the case of a no show. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Covid related cancellations are looked at on an individual basis at the owners discretion.

It is located only 20 minutes by road from Margaret River and 30 minutes from Dunsborough along Caves Road. Upon entering the Margaret River Wine Region along the Bussell Hwy you will need to turn right at Harmans Mill South Rd and travel approximately 10 minutes until you reach the Caves Rd Junction. Turn left and head south until you see the Cullen Wines signs on the left. The Homestead driveway is located on the right, just passed the winery. Our Homestead Manager will also be in contact to provide key pick up details for the Homestead.
