A 1950's Timber Mill Cottage situated in a quiet part of town with stunning forest views. Enjoy a local wine while watching the sunset or enjoy a cuppa from your front veranda.
A short stroll will take you to the town's centre or the local bakery, The famous Gloucester Tree is located 1½ kilometres away, a lovely walk.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Extra guests - including all adults children and infants are an extra $25 per person, per night. All guests must be paid for prior to arrival, unpaid guests may result in the termination of your booking without refund. Full payment is due within 48hrs to secure your booking, we do accept deposits. A deposit is 50% of the total amount of your booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Bookings with deposits must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to check in date. Cancellations within 7 days of check in date will incur full charges and all administration fees and costs unless the vacancy can be re-booked. All cancellations will incur a $25 admin fee and any related fees or charges.
Any costs resulting from damages to any property belonging to Cottage 21 will be forwarded on to the guest responsible for the booking.

* Key will be located in the front door from 2pm onwards.
Coming from Manjimup. Pass through town heading down towards the old Pemberton Timber Mill site, passing the playground turn left at Kelly Street. Cross over Karri Rise and the Cottage 21 is located on the left. *4th house from the end of the street*.
Coming from Northcliffe or Nannup. Drive into town heading up the hill past the old Pemberton Timber Mill site. Turn right into Kelly Street at the old school building located on your left.
