No prepayment is needed. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed until 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Over 'event' periods such as school and public holidays, no cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to arrival. For Christmas and New Years Eve bookings, no cancellation is allowed within 30 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel within any of the no cancellation periods you are required to pay 2 nights of your stay as a penalty.
No Show Policy
In case of no show, no refund will be issued.

Very enjoyable and relaxing!
I liked that the host was available by phone and replied promptly to my messages. He was terrific and went out of his way to accommodate us.The TV was an excellent size - also great to have Netflix etc.
The washing machine was a great bonus.
The electric blankets were very welcome.
We would definitely stay at Banksia Cosy Corner again.
The house was a little cold - I know it was winter but one gas heater was not quite enough for a house with that much glass and high ceilings. I do understand that this is a personal preference though and it would be an amazing stay in spring, summer and autumn.

Loved everything. The complementary basket was great . Loved the 2 bathrooms. Everything was very clean and tidy and the beds was super comfy. Loved the peace and quiet and the pizzas from the cape cafe was awesome . Would definitely come back. The hosts was also very friendly and key collection was so easy.
