We have thoughtfully assembled a selection of the finest local ingredients to create a breakfast that’s both satisfying and refined. Start your morning with our house-made bircher muesli and Creamy Greek yogurt served with our house-made fruit compote. Explore a curated selection of imported cheeses and premium cured meats that pair beautifully with crusty bread and fruit preserves. Try our specialty house-made fruit bread for a taste sensation. Our breakfast buffet also features a vibrant array of seasonal fruits and berries, adding a burst of colour and freshness to your plate. Eggs freshly laid by our happy hens and boiled to perfection is a wholesome delight.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
As a small establishment we find it necessary to exercise a strict cancellation policy. A credit card number is required in order to pre-pay the booking to the agent. One nights accommodation at the full rack rate becomes non-refundable should you cancel amend or change your reservation within 8 days of your arrival date. During the Easter long weekend and during the Christmas holiday period (18 Dec to 15 Jan) your card will be charged with the full amount of your stay and is non-refundable. Travel insurance is advised during these periods. Upon quoting credit card details you are agreeing to our booking conditions. Please note that the booking agent (e.g. Visitor Centre) may levy additional cancellation fees.
Reception - Reception is open from 8am to 5pm, 7 days per week.
Check-in - Standard check-in time is 2:00PM. For all arrivals outside opening hours, please be sure to contact our team to arrange alternative check-in arrangements.
Check-out - All guests must vacate their room by 11:00AM on their date of departure. Departure after this time may incur additional charges.
Clean Atmosphere Policy - In accordance with Australian law, our properties have a strict non-smoking/ non- vaping policy. Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere in our buildings which is monitored by cctv 24 hours. Please smoke in outside areas only and use the ashtrays provided. If you choose to ignore this policy we have a minimum $250 charge, plus additional costs associated with restoring the room to its original condition.
Damages + Incidentals - Chimes Spa Retreat reserves the right to request guests depart the property whom display a lack of care, damage or disrupt the general atmosphere, guest experience and business reputation during their stay. This includes but is not limited to smoking in house, in room breakages, drug/ alcohol consumption, property damages and/ or in causing unreasonable disruption to other guests.
