INTERIOR
This thoughtfully designed chalet accommodates up to 6 guests with three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each boasting its own private bathroom. Whether you’re staying for a short two-night getaway or an extended holiday, you’ll love the indulgence of a hydro spa in the main bathroom, along with elegant furnishings like the baby grand piano and the cozy ambiance of the traditional log fire.
EXTERIOR
Step out onto the spacious veranda, which opens from the main living area and overlooks the tranquil property. It’s the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee, a glass of wine, or a BBQ with friends while soaking in the spectacular South West vistas. In the cooler months, gather around the outdoor fire pit in the alfresco area for a cozy evening under the stars (fire bans apply from October to April).
LOCATION
If you’re eager to explore, you’ll find yourself surrounded by some of the region’s finest wineries, breweries, and surf breaks. Enjoy a scenic 5-minute drive to Moses Rock for world-class surfing and fishing, or embark on the iconic Cape to Cape walking track. Some of the best local wineries, such as Black Brewing, Frui Momento, and Stormflower, are just a short stroll away, while other top venues, including Domain Naturaliste and Bootleg Brewery, are nearby.

- A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months.
- This property has unfenced access to deep water.
- All bed linen and towels are supplied with this property along with a small starter pack of essential items.
- No leavers permitted.
- There are external security cameras at this house for security purposes. They are external only and not inside the house.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
