Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
50% deposit payable at time of booking.
If cancellation occurs within 3 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation unless the accommodation is rebooked. If cancellation occurs within 2 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. If cancellation occurs when occupied there is no refund unless operator suggests otherwise. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 7 days prior to arrival.
CHECK OUT DETAILS;
If reported that items such as toilet paper cleaning products tissues supplies etc are taken upon check out a fee of $50 shall be applied to the customer's credit card supplied.
CLEANING FEE
Should the apartment be left in an unacceptable condition and require extra cleaning upon check out a fee of $150 shall be applied to the customer' credit card supplied.

Amazing
What made it all very enjoyable was the high standard of accommodation. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and everything is in good working order. We did like that this particular Apartment has views from the kitchen window out to Mount Adelaide.The balcony overlooking Middleton Beach is just perfect whether it is for breakfast or sundowner drinks at the outdoor setting. I enjoyed going for a swim in the morning and coming back for a sauna to warm up!! The view from the main bedroom is equally spectacular whether it is looking over the bay when you get up in the morning or watching the moon rise over the Sound. Bedding is excellent and there is draws full of pamphlets, maps etc to do all your research for the next day.
Awesome place
This lovely holiday apartment complete with 2 large bedrooms one of which has a spa bath is quite literally the best place to stay in Albany. It has an amazing view overlooking Middleton beach, secure parking, ample room in the downstairs part with a full Kitchen and small lounge area overlooking the balcony.The perfect apartment for family trip
A great place, great location and great price for our little family to stayed in for 2 nights. Had great views to Middleton beach. Definitely will come back again.
