Kings Den has the WOW factor. It is a huge 4 1/2 star luxury retreat just for adults including a 2 person spa, sumptuous king size bed & a courtyard featuring an outdoor shower.
Salt Box is a funky executive retreat. Enjoy the big skies with sweeping views of the coastal hills and treetops. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it makes for a comfortable bushland getaway in 4 1/2 star luxury.
Cakes n Ale Cottage is set high with views over tree tops towards the coastal reserve. It is a large 4 star deluxe 2 bedroom cottage, well equipped with deluxe furnishings.
The Snug oozes old world charm reminiscent of your Grandparents house. With 2 bedrooms & set within it's own 1/2 acre of gardens, it makes an ideal, safe getaway for families. 4 star rated.
All cottages are spread well apart and are accessed by private driveways so you are not disturbed during your stay & can enjoy your holiday surrounded by nature in peace & quiet. We are located adjacent to West Cape Howe National Park, only 1.5kms from Lowlands Beach & close to the Bibbulmun Track.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Cancellation Conditions:
More than 2 weeks prior to arrival: Full refund (less a $50 administration fee). Within 2 weeks of arrival: No refund unless the vacant days are rebooked then one nights tariff cancellation fee.
Within 48 hours of arrival any reduction in length of stay the total cost of the original booking will be charged unless the vacant days are rebooked. Once the rental period has commenced there are no refunds for early termination.
Occupancy Conditions:
1The number of guests should not exceed the number that has been booked and paid for.
2All guests and visitors are required to be registered so they are covered by insurance and relevant licences. This is also an essential safety regulation in the event of evacuation.
3The accommodation and facilities are provided for registered guests only; therefore any non paying visitors are prohibited . The tariff you have been charged does not cover costs for additional visitors - cleaning breakages rubbish removal power water gas consumption wear and tear etc. Contravention may result in additional charges or immediate departure being requested.
4If friends or relatives are booked into another cottage then you must congregate off site and not at any individual cottage. Movement of items or equipment from one cottage to another is prohibited and will result in additional charges.
5Departure time is 10 am, the cottage is to be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. We may inspect the property prior to departure and additional cleaning fees may be charged.
6Check-out is strictly 10:00am Additional charges will apply if housekeepers are required to wait for you to vacate the premises.
