Easy care cottage, sleeps 11 with stunning ocean views. Cottage situated 800m from Jay's Beach, located between Colour Patch Store and Flinders Bay. Perfect for Families with children with fully enclosed back yard.

Also for the fishing enthusiasts there is a second fridge with ample freezing space. Lots of parking space with space to park a boat securely. New Appointed kitchen including dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, glasses, electric frypan, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer & gas stove. Electric hot water system, shower, bath & 2 toilets, open fire place & wood, gas barbecue, rain water tank.

Inside the cottage you will find a large living room with TV & DVD, a meals area, kitchen corner, sunroom and verandah both with stunning ocean views.

1 night bookings accepted!

$130 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.

A deposit amount of 1 night accommodation will be required.

There are 4 bedrooms that sleep 11 people in total (when extra bedding provided).

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds

Bedroom 3: Double Bed

Bedroom 4: 3 Single Beds.

Winter rates are negotiable and available for long stays.

The cottage is not available during Easter of each year.

You will need to bring towels, tea towels, sheets, pillow cases, toilet paper, food & firelighters.

Linen hire: $40 per Queen & Double. $20 per Single.

BYO linen encouraged

Pet policy: $20 per night for up to 2 dogs by arrangement. No cats allowed.

No smoking.

Cottage to be left clean and tidy.

A booking fee of one nights accommodation is required immediately with balance owing to be paid 1 week prior to holiday.

Arrival and departure times are negotiable.

Early check-in and late check-out may be made available by request at a rate of $20 per hour.

Fantastic WINTER RATES are available for stays in June, July and August of any year.

Rates are by application and apply to longer stays only, at the owner's discretion.
