Our park offers a broad range of accommodation, from grassed tent/caravan sites to modern self contained chalets and a very well appointed guesthouse.
We also have a Townhouse available for rental in Dunsborough, close to the Dunsborough town centre and beach.
Chalet prices listed are low season for 2 adults Mid/high season prices are including up to 4 people. Additional people are $20 per person per night.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
- Please be aware bookings made in peak times including but not limited to: December/January holidays Easter Ironman Public holiday weekends & other local event weekends require a 50% deposit.This depsoit is non refundable.
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Changes/cancellation to your stay must be made more than 30 days (60 days in peak periods) prior to your date of arrival. Changes/cancellations made within 60 days during peak periods will forfeit deposit paid. Changes/cancellations made within 30 days during other periods will forfeit deposit paid. We strongly recommend travel insurance to meet your personal requirements. We are unable to refund bookings due to: medical reasons/illness/injury employment changes or inclement/changes in weather or mechanical breakdowns.

Lovely
Very lovely caravan park with a nice owner. Had a good grassy site with shade in the morning. The toilets and showers were clean. The only thing that I could complain about is that there's no paper towels or anything to dry your hands. I would recommend that park and go there again.Plenty of room
Stayed in the large house for a week, sleeps 16 people but was plenty of room for more. Fantastic place for large groups to stay. Very clean and everything you could want. Walking distance to shops, pubs and Geographe Bay.Will stay again!
We are a family of 6 and After a late booking, Mel the receptionist went out of her way to accommodate us with a large camp site from a cancellation. The facilities are clean and very family friendly and not too far from town (15min walk). A very extra special thank you to Mel for your awesome customer service and accommodating our family and making our Easter a fantastic weekend. We will absolutely stay here again!!
