Busselton Farm Studio (Pet Friendly)

Whether you're here to relax or explore, Busselton Farm Studio has everything you need. In winter, enjoy cozy evenings around the fire pit, and in summer, take a refreshing dip in the pool.

This accommodation is not only pet friendly, but is an ideal space for families with young children. The large outdoor area features a playground and fort, trees perfect for climbing, friendly animals, and small bikes. In addition, bundles of toys are available on request.

KITCHEN
The space is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a full kitchen with a fridge, freezer, electric cooktop, convection microwave, and more. Milk, tea, coffee and sugar are also provided.

BEDROOMS X3
- King size bed with enough room for a cot if required.
- Queen size bed.
- Children's room with cot and single bed.
- Quality linen, sheets and towels are provided.

OUTDOORS
Pets are welcome, with a fully fenced yard for your dog to play in. Explore the property, meet the resident sheep and chooks, and enjoy the beautiful backdrop of mature eucalyptus trees. In June and July, you'll also have the chance to see baby lambs.

Guests have access to the entire property, including the swimming pool (available from November to April), an outdoor playground, and a fully fenced kiddy area.

POOL AREA
You are welcome to use the swimming pool. Please replace pool cover and if you use the umbrella, please return as you found them, cover on and umbrella closed. Swimming towels provided, in laundry if you forget to bring your own. There is a $100 extra fee for pool use.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- The farm studio uses rainwater, so be mindful of your usage.
- Bottled water is provided for drinking, and outside taps are on a timer and not for guest use.
- Smoking and parties are not permitted.
- Please do not enter any paddock where the animals are grazing.
- Only open and close gates which do not have BLUE string attached.
- Leavers groups are not permitted.

PET RULES
- $30 extra fee per dog.
- No pets on furniture including beds.
- Sleeping at night can be inside, but must be on own-bedding in studio. Pets to be fed outside.
- All dog droppings to be removed from back yard before leaving.
- Dogs must be on leads if you venture outside house yard initially.
- Dogs and owners not allowed into paddocks with livestock.
- Pets are not to be left unattended on the property (City of Busselton ruling) without my permission. When you go out you must take your dog with you.
- Marlee Dog Kennel is 2kms to the south of my farm.
