BEDROOMS
With 6 bedrooms, Burton Farmhouse comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious King bed, while four additional bedrooms each feature a Queen bed. The sixth bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, with two sets of bunk beds. The farmhouse includes 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, ensuring ample space for everyone.

The farmhouse offers plenty of space to relax, with a large living room, a cozy reading room, and an alfresco entertaining area.
It is fully equipped with modern conveniences including a TV with Foxtel, reverse cycle aircon, a fireplace for winter stays, and a wide verandah with views over the rolling holls and vineyards.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Please note this is a working farm and pets are strictly prohibited.

The garage is not accessible to guests.

Great Location and Property
Well located property, with lots of wineries and attractions close by.
The property itself is well maintained, spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing weekend

Wonderful for a family getaway!
What a great house for a family getaway! Spacious living area's, bedrooms and bathrooms! Woodfire pizza oven is a great addition along with the pool table and the wood fireplace. Location is great for exploring Margaret river, surrounding wineries and Dunsborough! Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway
Great place for family reunion with 6 adults and 5 kids, stayed for 6 nights.
Big living space with pool table were awesome and we had great time after kids went to bed!
The house had many areas where you van have coffee or nibbles so can enjoy your privacy time, while there's an awesome tree swing which kids spent hours there! The access to the brewery next door is so good too!
Such a wonderful time, we'll never forget, and will come back!
